Coiled Rod Rig Manager/Operator (Job Description #25) Closing date - June 30, 2008.
DUTIES:
- Manage, operate, and maintain a Pro-RodTM coiled rod rig in a safe, efficient and effective manner
- On-site Pro-RodTM representative, responsible for working with the prime contractor in performing the coiled rod rig well servicing as requested by the prime contractor
- Pre-job safety meetings and hazard assessments are essential
- The rig Manager/Operator shall work along with other sub contractors to attain the results expected by the prime contractor.
- Responsible for "on the job" training of crews
- All administrative tasks necessary to manage the rig
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Previous coiled rod rig experience would be a definite asset
- Past experience managing or operating an oil-well servicing rig.
- Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, WHMIS, TDG, PST, & Well Service BOP
- Class 3Q or 3QR driver's license
- Ability to work well with others and conduct all work safely
- Ability to work independently
